Hi! I'm Holly...
I’m a former Microsoft Degree Apprentice who, after facing 30 rejections, finally secured the role.
I documented my apprenticeship journey on TikTok, resonating with countless school/college leavers facing similar struggles due to the lack of apprenticeship guidance.
From this experience, I founded Apprentivia.
I teach my invaluable lessons from rejection which surpass the lessons of success. And empower Gen-Z to make more informed career choices. Many young individuals lack career direction, often due to limited professional exposure. Apprentivia steps in by visually showcasing various early career pathways.
I am deeply passionate about mindset and believe in empowering young individuals to recognise their control over their destinies. I work with young people to provide them with the necessary tools to transform their aspirations into their reality. Just like I have, at 20 starting a business to help connect employers and Gen-Z together.
